We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us by email at info@urbancollectionfragrances.com with your name, order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll ship it back to us. We will review it and issue a refund within 5 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
